Broker / Intermediary Portal

The Broker Portal is a web interface for mortgage brokers and other intermediaries (Packagers, Networks, Mortgage Clubs and Associations) to submit new business and view existing pipeline business from the lender and to track the progress of cases previously submitted.

As every lender expects to have its own distinctive look and feel the Broker Portal combines custom developed web forms using our User interface building blocks and a large library of UI interface portal controls with direct links into the DPR core components to access underlying data, validate information entered and to trigger business processes when appropriate.

The portal manages :-

• Key Facts Illustrations (KFI) requests
• Decision-In-Principle (DIP) Requests
• Full Mortgage Application (FMA) submission
• Product selection
• Case / Pipeline Tracking
• Uploading / Downloading of documents from the processing system
