Case Management System
DPR's Case Management System provides a comprehensive 'back office' solution for case handlers and underwriters to track the progress of a mortgage application through to completion.
The hub of the solution is the Task Manager which provides each user with a tailored view of actions that have been assigned to them, either individually or by role.
Tasks requiring most urgent attention are colour coded, and the system can be configured to automatically escalate tasks if a critical deadline or Service Level Agreement is about to be breached.
When a user launches a task, the system automatically displays the relevant case data, either in the form of a Wizard to guide them through the task step-by-step, or for more complex tasks by presenting the whole case record for them.
While a task is being performed the system records the time elapsed - this information is fed into management reporting suite to provide insight into team capacity and aid with planning.
In addition to the task interface, cases can be accessed on an ad-hoc basis when needed, and a powerful cases search tool is included.
The Case Management System has a rich, multi-tabbed user interface designed to group related information in an easy to interpret form.
Integration with personal productivity applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word ensures that documents and emails are seamlessly integrated into the overall user experience.
