The Lender Questions Database eliminates unnecessary data entry by ensuring that only relevant information is entered into the Mortgage Bench sourcing solution.

This is a key component of the Mortgage Bench sourcing platform.

Alongside detailed product data DPR maintains additional information about specific questions that certain lenders ask on their application forms, and which do not appear in the core application form.

When the user requests a KFI, DIP or FMA from one or more lenders, the Lender Questions Database is used to construct a dynamically generated data entry screen that combines the core questions with additional specific questions based on the lenders involved.

The result is a more streamlined data entry process, leading to faster, accurate decisions and greater throughput.
