Mortgage Bench Sourcing and Packaging Platform
DPR's Mortgage Bench is a B2B platform linking Mortgage Intermediaries with multiple Mortgage Lenders. The suite provides a complete product sourcing and processing solution for packagers, networks and other mortgage intermediaries.
Mortgage Bench users have at their fingertips an online check of all products offered by participating financial service providers. The search operation can be customised to quickly determine the most suitable product currently offered to market.
The system supports full online application (FMA), decision in principle (DIP) and the generation of KFI documents. Furthermore, the system can be branded to become a fully integrated part of the intermediary's own information portal.
The suite consists of two complementary and integrated systems:
- Mortgage Bench is DPR's revolutionary sourcing system featuring direct lender links for KFI, DIP and FMA.
- Mortgage Bench Plus is a complete processing solution for administering cases from origination through to completion for Networks, Packagers and Intermediaries.
